Egerton House is located in the seaside suburb of Blairgowrie. It’s a gorgeous retreat featuring neutral shades, warm tones and clean lines, opting for simplicity and refined luxury.
The home was a collaboration between Pleysier Perkins, Julian Legg Architecture, and Rawlinson Construction, featuring RMS Traders natural stone.
Haven Limestone is the star of this project, seamlessly uniting indoor and outdoor spaces. Haven Crazy Paving flows from the entryway, offering a warm welcome through to the outdoor area, where Haven Pool Coping continues the connection.
This project is flooded with natural lighting, and when reflected on Haven Limestone, it offers a beautiful golden tint reminiscent of a sandy shore. This design creates a coastal aesthetic that feels modern, warm, and inviting while maintaining a minimalist approach.
Expertly flamed for improved grip and tumbled to add character, Haven Limestone is both practical and stylish, offering a versatile design.

The home was designed by Auhaus Architecture, Ewert Leaf, and Boyd Design & Build using the popular RMS Traders London Grey Limestone.
The home features London Grey Crazy Paving in the entryway, extending through to the outdoor pool area, showcasing its versatile application in both settings. This natural stone is durable and low-maintenance, offering an attractive design that is built to last.
London Grey is a captivating stone with a variation of grey to blue tones that bring depth to the design. London Grey Pool Coping is also featured here for a cohesive look that adds character and appeal to the home.
The Grove is an intriguing blend of old and new, with rustic elements that add warmth and character and modern touches that bring this charming home into the present.
Created in cooperation with Taouk Architects and Merbuilt, The Grove centres on the lovely Silver Travertine and Tuscan Travertine, making it a dream for Travertine lovers.
The grand entry is opulent and elegant, with a magnificent display of Silver Travertine Cobblestones. The stones are a wonderful mix of hues, with variations of silver, cream and brown. Its inclusion creates an entrance worthy of this impressive home.
Tuscan Crazy Paving and Tuscan Pool Coping’s light, creamy colour complement the neutral and white outdoor palette while also grounding the design. The combination of tones provides a relaxed coastal feel that looks fantastic and captures the essence of coastal living.
